Custom Finish, Sizing & Final Sale Policy

At Velo Forge, every ring is individually made to order and finished by hand. Because our work is custom and personalized, please review this policy carefully before placing an order.

Custom Color Finish Disclaimer

Each ring is custom finished to visually match the vehicle color requested by the customer, based on the information, reference materials, and specifications provided at the time of order.

We make every reasonable effort to achieve a close visual match. However, an exact match cannot be guaranteed. Slight differences may occur due to factors including lighting, photography, screen settings, paint batch variation, finish application, clear coat behavior, age or condition of the vehicle’s paint, and the fact that the physical vehicle is not present during the finishing process.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that the finished ring is intended to be a close visual interpretation of your requested color, not a guaranteed exact replication of the vehicle’s finish under all conditions.

Paint Availability and Restricted Finishes

Not all vehicle colors can be reproduced. Some finishes may be unavailable due to supplier limitations, proprietary manufacturer restrictions, limited-production formulas, legal limitations, or material sourcing constraints.

If a requested finish cannot be reproduced, Velo Forge reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund before production begins, or to contact the customer to discuss available alternatives.

Handcrafted Variations

Because each ring is handcrafted and individually finished, minor variations in color, tone, texture, sheen, and other small details may occur from piece to piece. These are inherent to the handmade nature of the product and are not considered defects.

Sizing Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for selecting and submitting the correct ring size at the time of purchase.

Because each ring is custom made to order, Velo Forge does not offer refunds, returns, or complimentary remakes for orders placed in the wrong size. If a customer submits an incorrect size, any resize, remake, or replacement, if offered, will be at the customer’s expense and subject to our current service availability and pricing.

We strongly recommend confirming your size with a professional jeweler before ordering.

Final Sale Policy

All custom orders are final sale.

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for:

  • incorrect size submitted by the customer

  • minor color variation

  • differences caused by lighting, photography, or screen display

  • customer preference changes after production has begun

  • minor handcrafted variations consistent with the custom nature of the product

Limited Exceptions

If your order arrives with a clear manufacturing defect, arrives damaged, or contains an error made by Velo Forge, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at shopveloforge@gmail.com.

If we determine that the issue was caused by Velo Forge, we may, at our sole discretion:

  • repair the item

  • remake the item

  • replace the item

  • or provide another appropriate remedy

A remake or exchange will not be offered for minor differences in tone, finish, or visual color variation that fall within normal custom finishing tolerance.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Once production has begun, an order cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded.

If a cancellation request is received before materials are ordered or production begins, Velo Forge may approve the cancellation in its sole discretion, less any nonrecoverable costs, processing fees, or materials already committed to the order.

Customer Acknowledgment

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • your ring is custom made to order

  • the final color may vary slightly from the requested vehicle finish

  • some colors may not be available for reproduction

  • handcrafted variations are normal and not defects

  • you are responsible for submitting the correct ring size

  • custom orders are final sale except as expressly stated in this policy
