Shipping policy
At Velo Forge, each ring is custom made to order and created specifically for the wearer. Our pieces are not mass-produced, pre-stocked items that are simply packaged and shipped. Each ring is a commissioned piece, customized based on the customer’s selected size, materials, finish, and automotive-inspired details.
Because of this, production and shipping timelines may vary depending on the complexity of the order, material availability, custom color sourcing, and finishing requirements.
Made-to-Order Production Timeline
Each Velo Forge ring is custom made to order and created specifically for the wearer. Our rings are not pre-stocked items that are simply packaged and shipped; each piece is commissioned based on the customer’s selected size, materials, finish, and custom details.
Most orders are completed as efficiently as possible, but production time may vary depending on the complexity of the order, material availability, custom color sourcing, and finishing requirements.
If we expect your order to take longer than 10 business days, excluding holidays, before it is ready to ship, we will contact you with an update.
Certain custom orders may require additional time due to specialty paint sourcing, discontinued or limited-production automotive colors, supplier delays, holidays, or additional quality-control requirements.
Shipping Updates
We will send tracking information once your order has shipped. Tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Please allow time for the carrier to scan and update tracking information after your shipping label has been created.
Insured Shipping
Because Velo Forge rings are high-value custom jewelry pieces, orders may be shipped with insurance coverage for added protection while in transit.
Shipping insurance helps protect qualifying packages against loss, theft, or damage while the package is in the carrier’s possession, subject to the terms and limitations of the carrier or insurance provider.
If an insured package is lost or damaged in transit, Velo Forge may assist with the claim process as needed. Customers may be required to provide information, photos, documentation, or a signed statement to support the claim.
Please note that shipping insurance does not override customer responsibility for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Signature Required Delivery
For security purposes, Velo Forge may require signature confirmation upon delivery.
If signature confirmation is required, the package will not be delivered unless someone is available to sign for it. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking updates and make arrangements to receive the package.
If a delivery attempt is missed, the carrier may provide options for redelivery, pickup, or delivery management depending on the carrier’s policies.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, email address, and phone number at checkout.
Please carefully review your shipping information before placing your order.
Velo Forge is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, lost packages, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package appears to be lost, stolen, or damaged during transit, please contact us at:

For damaged packages, please keep all packaging materials and take clear photos of the package, shipping label, packaging materials, and item condition. These may be required for a shipping insurance claim.
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Velo Forge is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage that occurs after delivery. However, we may review delivery concerns on a case-by-case basis and assist with available carrier or insurance claim options when applicable.
Delivery Delays
Velo Forge is not responsible for shipping carrier delays once an order has been released to the carrier.
Carrier delays may occur due to weather, holidays, high shipping volume, service disruptions, incorrect address information, customs processing, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Domestic Shipping
Shipping options and costs will be displayed at checkout when available.
Available shipping methods may vary depending on destination, order value, carrier availability, and insurance requirements.
International Shipping
At this time, international shipping availability may vary. If international shipping is offered, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, or other charges required by the destination country.
Velo Forge is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or international carrier procedures.

By placing an order with Velo Forge, you acknowledge that your ring is custom made to order and that production time is required before shipment.
You also acknowledge that you are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and being available to receive the package if signature confirmation is required.
