At Velo Forge, every ring is custom made to order specifically for each customer. Because each piece is created based on the unique selections, sizing, materials, colors, and custom details chosen at checkout, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Custom & Made-to-Order Products
All Velo Forge products are made to order and are considered final sale once an order is placed. This includes, but is not limited to, custom-colored rings, automotive paint-matched rings, specialty finishes, personalized designs, and any product made using customer-selected details.
Because these products are created specifically for you, they cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, color preference, change of mind, or normal variation in handcrafted or custom materials.

To help us review your concern as quickly as possible, please include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
We will review order issue requests on a case-by-case basis. If we determine that an error was made by Velo Forge or that there is a qualifying manufacturing defect, we may offer a repair, replacement, or other resolution at our discretion.
Color, Finish & Material Variations
Many Velo Forge products are handcrafted using automotive paints, specialty pigments, OEM vehicle colors, color-shifting finishes, and custom materials. Due to the nature of these products, exact color matching cannot always be guaranteed.
Certain finishes, including but not limited to discontinued OEM paints, limited-production colors, multi-stage paints, color-shifting paints, manufacturer-restricted coatings, and specialty pigments, may not be available for purchase or may be impossible to reproduce exactly.
If an exact material or paint cannot be sourced, we reserve the right to use the closest commercially available alternative or contact the customer to discuss available options.
Minor variations in color, metallic content, pearl effect, texture, gloss level, or color-shifting characteristics are considered normal and are not considered defects.
Customer dissatisfaction resulting from normal color variation, differences between digital images and the finished product, or the unavailability of a specific specialty finish does not qualify for a refund, return, or exchange.
By placing an order for a custom-colored product, the customer acknowledges and accepts these limitations.
Incorrect Ring Size
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct ring size at checkout. Because each ring is made to order, we are unable to accept returns or refunds for incorrect sizing.
